The data we collect about you
We do not collect any personal data that can directly or indirectly identify you. We do not require you to register, log in, or provide a user profile.
We only collect anonymised analytics data to help us understand how our App and Website are used so we can improve them. The types of anonymised data we collect are:
- Anonymised Usage Data: Information about how you use our App and Website, such as the features you use and the time spent on the app.
- Anonymised Device Data: Information about the device you use, such as the operating system, device type, and screen resolution, without any unique identifiers.
All the data we collect is Aggregated Data. This data is used for statistical purposes and is not considered personal data in law as it does not reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use the anonymised data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your anonymised data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
International transfers
The service providers we use (e.g., Google) may process and store anonymised data on servers located outside of the UK. When they do, they provide a similar degree of protection for that data by ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place.
Data security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your data from being accidentally lost or used in an unauthorised way. We limit access to this data to those employees and third parties who have a business need to know.
Data retention
We may retain anonymised and aggregated data indefinitely for research or statistical purposes without further notice to you, as it can no longer be associated with you.
Your legal rights
Data protection law provides you with certain rights in relation to personal data. However, as we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you, the applicability of these rights is limited.
